Thermography is the fastest growing area of predictive maintenance available today. The development of handheld focal plane array based systems enables predictive maintenance engineers to bring the thermographic camera to virtually any equipment site with ease. Advanced image processing and reporting programs facilitate fast and easy analysis and documentation of survey results.
One of the biggest hurdles to condition monitoring programs is safe access to energized electrical components. JJ is capable of installing IRISS range of infrared inspection windows and ultrasound inspection ports, for the survey of safety-critical electrical assets to see where these components will be needed and put together an installation program to suit the clients budget and operational requirements.
